We are delighted to share with you the latest progress of our very first residence within the EMUS collection: Serenità.

Serenità is a beautifully designed two-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The residence has been thoughtfully prepared to provide a peaceful and elegant environment for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience.
Serenità is located in Madinaty, one of the most organized and modern residential communities in Egypt. The area is known for its clean streets, expansive green landscapes, and beautifully maintained surroundings, offering residents and visitors a calm and refreshing environment.
Just minutes away from Serenità is the famous Open Air Mall Madinaty, recognized as the largest open-air mall in Egypt.
